The hotel's rooms were very clean and comfortable, but they are starting to show their age and could use an upgrade. The service was not as accommodating as expected, although the staff, especially Susanna at reception, were friendly. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk from Republic Square, but some staff struggled with English communication. The dining experience was nostalgic but somewhat repetitive. Overall, good value for money with room for improvement.
